About Notion Life OS
Notion Life OS is a single connected workspace for the things you keep track of in scattered places — goals, habits, money, projects and notes. Instead of ten separate pages that drift out of date, each database feeds the others: a project rolls up to the goal it serves, a habit streak shows on the same dashboard as this month's spending. It is built to be opened every morning, not admired once and abandoned.
What’s included
- A daily dashboard pulling today's tasks, habits and notes into one screen
- Goals database with quarterly and annual views, linked to the projects underneath them
- Projects and tasks with status, priority, and automatic rollups to their parent goal
- Habit tracker with streaks and a monthly heat-map view
- Personal finance tables for income, recurring bills and one-off spending
- Notes and reading list, cross-linked to projects so context stays attached
- A written setup guide covering duplication, customising, and deleting what you don't need
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a paid Notion plan?
No. Everything works on Notion's free personal plan. Paid plans only add collaboration features this template does not depend on.
How do I install it?
You get a Notion duplication link. Open it, click Duplicate, and the whole workspace copies into your own account with the sample data intact so you can see how each part connects before you clear it.
Can I change the structure?
Yes — it is a normal Notion workspace, not a locked app. Add properties, delete databases you won't use, restyle anything. The setup guide flags which relations to keep so rollups don't break when you edit.
Will it work on mobile?
Yes, through the Notion mobile app. The daily dashboard is laid out to stay readable on a phone, though the wider planning views are more comfortable on a desktop.
