Refund Policy
Because DigitaSpace offers instant, non-tangible digital downloads, all sales are generally final once a product is downloaded or otherwise accessed.
Refund exceptions (we’ll make it right)
Corrupted / broken / incomplete download
If a file won’t open, is missing key contents, or is clearly corrupted, contact us within 7 days and we’ll send a replacement or updated download.
Duplicate purchase
If you accidentally bought the exact same product twice, contact us within 7 days with receipt details and we’ll refund the duplicate order.

Processing time
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the credit.
