A digital store for instant-download templates and resources designed to save time — including Notion systems, spreadsheets, and design kits.
Do you ship physical products?
No. Everything is a 100% digital download, delivered instantly after purchase.
What kinds of products will you offer?
Alongside current Notion templates, spreadsheets, and design kits, DigitaSpace is expanding into practical digital planners and trackers, including budget planners, debt trackers, trading journals, habit trackers, mood & mental health trackers, meal prep planners, reading logs, and more.
Where can I see new releases first?
Follow us on Instagram or Facebook (links on our Contact page) — new templates are announced there before they hit the store.
Downloads & Access
How do I download my purchase?
After payment, you’ll see a download link on your confirmation page, plus an email confirmation with the same link.
Where do files download on my device?
Usually your default Downloads folder. ZIP files need to be extracted to access the contents.
My download failed or stopped — what do I do?
Refresh and try again. If it still fails, reach us via the Contact page (email or WhatsApp) and we’ll resend your files.
I didn’t receive the download email.
Check spam/junk first. Still missing? Contact us with your checkout email and product name via email or WhatsApp.
File formats & compatibility
What file formats do you sell?
Depends on the product — common formats include Notion templates, XLSX spreadsheets, PDFs, PNG/JPG, and ZIP bundles. Each product page lists its format.
Do your spreadsheets work in Google Sheets?
Some XLSX files may work in Google Sheets, but complex formulas/formatting can vary. Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram before purchase if this matters to you.
Licensing & allowed use
How can I use the files I purchase?
You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and standard project use, as described on the product page.
Can I resell, share, or redistribute the files?
No. You may not resell, share, sublicense, or upload raw DigitaSpace files to any public drive, website, or marketplace.
Payments & refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments processed at checkout.
What is your refund policy?
Because products are instant digital downloads, sales are generally final once accessed. If a file is corrupted/incomplete or you made a duplicate purchase, contact us within 7 days and we’ll resolve it.
