1) About DigitaSpace
DigitaSpace is an online marketplace for premium digital products, including Notion templates, spreadsheets, Canva kits, and digital planners & trackers.
2) Digital products (no shipping)
All products are digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped.
3) Pricing, checkout, and delivery
Prices are shown on the product page at time of purchase. Payment is processed securely via third-party payment processors. After successful payment, access is delivered via an instant download link.
4) License grant (what you can do)
When you purchase a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and standard project use, as described on the product page.
5) Restrictions (what you cannot do)
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share original files; upload files to public drives, marketplaces, or “freebie” sites; or claim DigitaSpace products as your own original work.
6) Intellectual property
All templates, designs, artwork, files, logos, and site content are owned by DigitaSpace and protected by copyright and related laws.
7) No professional advice (important)
Some products — including budget planners, trading journals, crypto portfolio trackers, mental health and menstrual cycle trackers — are organizational tools only. They do not provide financial, legal, medical, or mental-health advice and are not a substitute for professional guidance.
8) Disclaimer of warranties
DigitaSpace provides products “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that products will meet every user’s specific needs or that all devices/apps will behave identically.
9) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigitaSpace will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
10) Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
11) Third-party brands
Notion, Canva, Excel, and other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. DigitaSpace is not endorsed by or affiliated with these companies unless explicitly stated.
